EACH or ALL?

I have searched Google up and down for an answer to this question and can't find anything satisfying. What is the gramatically correct usage of each and all in a sentence? These sentences are referring to a film series. Which is correct?

a) Each film starred well-known actors.

b) All of the films starred well-known actors.

These are both natural.

You could also substitute "each" in b).
