E-mail writing?

Can i ask the following , i will need to reply as well that i have updated the documents from the start of the project for example a project duration is 2 years, from Jan 2016- Dec 2020 , i had to update folders with all the documents up to date. I will attach an excel file illustrating the status of the folders , what is inside of the folders and what kind of documents are included within it, i had to update all the documents from the start of the project till today.

Could you please help me with that , the main aim is to report that all the documents within the relevant folders are up to date and the missing ones were printed out and sorted out to the relevant folder accordingly.
