E-Mail to sales of a UK company

Hi,
Our company wants to sell surplus equipment.
I wanted to ask if the below text is OK as an e-mail to the buying company.
It is surplus equipment, listed in an Excel file. It will be sent by email to the buying company and they will then place a bid.
"Lot Sell" is from the buying company itself as selling option.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Our company has numerous parts of used SIEMENS equipment for sale.
The equipment was in use and is currently laying in stock.
We would find a lot sell the most economic sell.

Please find attached an Excel sheet with Type, Part Number, Revision and Serial Number.

best regards
me
