Please help me improve the following e-mail for the police assistance. Thank you very much.
Further to the memo dated 25.12.2015 to your office, as we have recently received a repeated complaint from a member of public about noise nuisance generated from singing activities at the park from 0500-0600, we wish to solicit your urgent assistance again to increase your frequency or deploy more police to patrol the park during the mentioned period. Admittedly, we don't have any stationed staff at the park to maintain the order until 0730 everyday and so your assistance in investigating and rectifying the noise problem should be very crucial. Please let us know your feedback on our request by tomorrow so that we can better accommodate your arrangement. Thank you.

For heaven's sake, please learn to delete unnecessary words! 2015 ,we have recently received another complaint about the noise of singing in the park from 0500-0600. Please deploy more patrols to the park during that period.
