E-mail for an improvement work

Please help me improve the following e-mail for an improvement work. Many thanks.

We refer to a joint site meeting with Mr. Denny at our Sunshine Playground last Friday. During the meeting, Mr. Denny quoted the local residents' concern about the frequent damages on different components of the elderly fitness equipment (EFE) and the serious shortage of such equipment within the playground, prompting a considerable inconvenience to the elder citizens. Mr. Denny therefore proposed the responsible party, supposed to be your department, to consider strengthening the daily repair works on the EFE and expanding the current EFE area with the addition of at least one EFE or replacing a children play equipment there with a new EFE. To address Mr. Denny's and the local residents' concerns, please conduct a study on the feasibility of their suggestions and directly update Mr. Denny about the result of your study afterwards. On the other hand, as discussed, since the contents of your two complaint referrals from different complainants are identical to each other, we want to know, for the time-saving, if we can make a single reply for the two referrals to your department in one go.
