Thanks for whatever you did for resolving my issue. I really appreciate your help especially the refunding. Please don't be too harsh on the CP. I wanted to have my money back and I have it. I have nothing against the CP. He is earning his living virtuously let him do that. Just make some modifications to your system to make it more convenient for both the CPs and the customers.
