e-Government of Electronic Government for a title

Dear all,

I am writing an academic task but in doubt in choosing words for the title. The tentative title is "Electronic Government Adoption at Local Level...." Should I go for "Electronic Government" or "e-Government"?. What is the most appropriate order " e-Government Adoption" or "Adoption of e-Government"? Hope any kind of responses. Thank you. (BT)

Hi,
The concept of 'Electronic Government' is a novel and strange idea to me. If you think that it would be novel and strange to your readers, then I advise you to spell it out in full.

Best wishes, Clive
