By "dynamics" I mean that the development was very quick.

I think that's "dynamism", but I doubt you want that. Let's see the paragraph, or at least a sentence. "Dynamics" is usually used to mean the way a thing changes.

Thank you, Enoon. Actually it's a title of a paragraph which describes how quickly things have been changing in Poland since 1989.
