During which duration deposit accumulate?

The attached image is a TOEIC test example.
In the article, it says the water filter is effective for four months, and also deposit accumulates for up to two months.
I'm wondering in which duration deposit accumulates.
For the first two months?
Or, for the last two months?
Does the article say about that?
Could you tell me, please?

Takehisa Tanaka deposit accumulates for up to two months. It does not say this. It says " little visible deposit accumulates in the cartridge for up to two months".

  • Takehisa Tanaka deposit accumulates for up to two months.
  • It does not say this.
  • It says " little visible deposit accumulates in the cartridge for up to two months".
  • This means that for up to two months, presumably meaning two months after one installs a new cartridge, there is not much visible sign of deposits.
  • After two months the deposits may become more visibly apparent.
