I don't know what "the flower rotor" means -- maybe a schedule of people who take turns providing flowers for the church? Apparently "sidesmen" are like ushers in the Anglican church. This man's English was lovely.

I don't know what either of those would be doing in a church, or what it would mean to "organize" it. Maybe I heard the word wrong. Anyone else want to take a listen? Maybe it was "flower order"? and it just meant that he would order flowers for the church?
