Duplicitous vs. Disingenuous

Hi! Could someone please explain to the difference between duplicitous and disingenuous. I know that they're commonly used as synonyms, but I believe there are significant differences between these words (in the context in which they're used and in the intention that they connote). But I'm not able to articulate the differences between these words and was hoping for someone to highlight those differences for me.

In essence, I would like to know exactly the context in which it would be more appropriate to use one word over another. My goal is to use words with precision (in regards to context, intention and meaning). Thank you so much!
