"Due to me " or "Due from me" ??

I have an expense report which says "Amount Due Employee" . Now, does that mean that the amount is due to the employee or whether the amount is due from the employee to the employer ?? Or in simpler words am I going to get the money or am I going to pay the money ??

Just to add, my company is American, so we are talking about Amercian way of English here.
