"due provision""due supply"

please help me the meaning of the word "due" in the service agreement as follows:

1) Party A shall provide Party B with all appropriate rights and authorisations to the extend that such are required to ensure the due supply of the services.

2) The parties agree that the subcontractors are entiled to supply the services directly to customer. Any due provision of the services by the subcontractors to customer in accordance with this agreement shall have the effect of discharging Party B.

As my understanding, "due supply" means supply on time and not violate the time as agreed; "due provision" means performing the task / obligations on time and not violate the time.

Thank you.

I understand the meanings you have given, but I doubt they have any particular legal validity. You could as easily use one as the other in either 1 or 2. 1) Party A shall provide Party B with all appropriate rights and authorisations to the extent that such are required to ensure the due supply of the services.
