Dual signatures
When writing a letter with two signatures, whose signature should be listed first if one is a supervisor of the other?

I have no idea, but absent a style manual that provides advice on it, the method that seems most logical to me is to consider the last position the position of honor, so I would put the signatures in increasing order of importance or authority within the organization, with the president of the company last.
