Dual meanings to specific words

Sometimes when writing/talking casually I like to add in words that have more than one meaning for fun. The dictionary meaning of the second word doesn't have to make sense in the wording or may not even exist but makes sense in the overall context of the discussion.
I want to find out whether there is a name is for these words.
There is an example of what I'm talking about this site (although a little rude -office safe still ;)): http://thingsboganslike.wordpress.com/2009/12/17/50-discount-airlines/
At the end of the first paragraph it is obvious by the blogger's choice of wording that the hostesses are not only exciting people but they are attractive. Hopefully you can tell what I mean by the example Emotion: stick out tongue

I don't see more than one meaning here. What meanings do you see? Are you referring to the first syllable?



I don't think the hostesses would like to be described in that way.
