Dual management

Any idea what might be the meaning for "dual management"? I understand the part of mangement but not the "dual"? It's on the beginning of this video thanks

'dual' means 'two', so they're talking about managing two things.

From the video it looks to me like the two things are people and tools.

It's possible they're saying "tool management."

I went to their website and saw that they have smart tools that can be controlled from a smartphone with a Bluetooth application.
