drying loss consistency

Hi,

This is from the text that has to do with meat processing, actually ham salting. Can you please help me out. I got this text for translation and I do not know what this abbrevation stands for.

Final storage up to the requested drying loss resp. consistency.

Have you got any idea what the underlined word might mean?

To be honest, I am not sure I completely understand the whole sentence (it does not contain a verb because it is a kind of instruction).

Does it mean that you store the ham up to the desired "dryness"?

Thank you in advance

Possibly "respiration". It is a very obscure sentence - can you provide more context? It might indicate what is being said.

I think it's respectively.
Not that I can make too much sense of it, as it's very industry-specific.

By more context, I was suggesting you put up the whole paragraph from which this sentence came. Sometimes it is possible to work you a meaning from the rest of the piece.
