''dry facts"

Hello!

Is there such a thing as "dry facts" in English? It should mean just facts, with no background information or more complex details or narratives. My example:

If you pay attention only to dry facts, Riga is the capital city of Latvia and the largest city and port of Baltic Sea coast and Baltics.

Thank you! Emotion: smile
