Drunk and exhausted

1) I talked to Pete, drunk.
2) I talked to Pete, drunk and exhausted.
3) I talked to Pete, drunk and exhausted from the long flight.

4) I talked to him, drunk.
5) I talked to him, drunk and exhausted.
6) I talked to him, drunk and exhausted from the long flight.

In which of the above sentences could the adjectival phrases at the end refer to Pete/him?
I believe that they could refer to "I" in all of those sentences.

It seems to me that they all refer to the subject "I." I can't see how they could relate to Pete.
