Question

people from my area very often complaining about the rudeness of the youngsters who hung out in the park, once one of them swore to an old women............................the poverty and lack of opportunity are dragging many young boy to criminality...................education and community support might be the answer to overcome this matter.

Those are different sentences from my 3000 words assay. please help me out.

Be careful with the agreement of subject and verb. Take out the extra information about the subject and you have 'people... complaining about...'
This could be 'People complain', 'People are complaining', 'People have been complaining' or 'People complained', depending on the tense you want to use. There are other alternatives too, but I'll not go on!

I'd use 'People from my area very often complain...' but then you use 'hung out', which suggests the past when presumably you mean that they still do this. Use 'hang out' to keep it in the present tense, unless you are using past tense at the start and the complaining does not happen any more!

Next, look at the plurals and singulars. 'Women' is plural, yet you presumably mean only one woman? Meanwhile, 'boy' is singular yet you mean 'boys'. i'd also use 'swore at' rather than 'swore to' - it sounds more natural in British English.

Reconsider the final sentence having both 'answer' and 'overcome' as they are similar in meaning, so one could be left out if you restructure the sentence slightly.

Finally, I'd put in a semi-colon rather than a comma in the first sentence as it is an example of two main clauses put together.
