dropped

Hello,

I want to know how to identify following situations are intentional or not. or are there any other ways of saying those.(please correct me if my question is wrong.

1. She has dropped my spectacles. (how to say if it is unintentional)

2. She was blocking the entrance.

We presume it is unintentional unless you add 'in purpose'.

You will need to add 'unintentionally' or 'on purpose' in this and similar cases.

But normally, In a sentence the subject (she) does ( intentionally ) the action of the verb (dropped / block) other than in passive voice. So we don't need to point out she did it intentionally. But in usage, if my spectacles just falls , I would say
"I've dropped my spctacles". which is "I" is the subject. "drop" is the verb- if
