Driving sentence

Could you tell me if these 4 sentences are correct?

1 I always find myself in the most congested lane. The lane I take becomes the congested lane. (Is congested the right word?)

Is there a difference?

2 Your reaction time is very slow.

Your reflexes are slow.

3 She has a knack for driving. (Is knack correct here?)

4 You hit the brakes too often/much.
