Driven to do it...

Clark and Lana have to choose whether to be together or to save everyone
from a terrible bomb full of kryptonite which makes Clark sick.
He asks Lana to defuse the bomb on the roof because she doesn't
have his weakness and absorbs all the kryptonite from the bomb.
But that way Clark can't get near Lana anymore.
And they can't save the world anymore.

Lana: Clark, we made our choice on that roof. And I know we
would do it again. Because both of us are driven to
do this, even if we can't do it together. They are forced to save the world even separately?

Clark: Don't leave.
Lana: If we're in each other's hearts, (if we truly love each other?)Clark, I will always be with you.
No matter what. I love you.
