Can I say drive safe when somone is leaving my house?

'Drive safely!' is the correct grammar and the common expression, but 'Drive safe!' is also frequently used in casual conversation.

(PS: It goes without saying that they must be leaving in command of a vehicle for the expression to make sense.)
