Dress Warmly (Meaning)

I take "dress warmly" or "dress warm" as "wear clothing to prevent cold".

"warm" has two uses. "having a somewhat elevated temperature" and "which can keep (someone) at a somewhat elevated temperature". So you can have a warm room or a warm house. Or, a warm blanket or a warm coat.
