Hi,
Could anybody please translate this sentence for me?
"Is neither of the freshman forwards dressed out today?"
Could you also provide examples using "dress out" too?

Yes, that's it exactly. I remember being told as a freshman in high school PE class to "dress out." I had no idea what the teacher meant; fortunately, I was able to copy the example of the other girls.
