Dreaming of something

Hi there!

I a bit confused about how the say that I was dreaming about something.
The situation is the follows:

I'm alwas dreaming that: how great would be if I get a car. I everyday dream that. And one day somebody say that I will get a car tomorrow for free. I will be soo hapy and I will want to say that:

"I'm always dreaming of that" or "I had always dreamed of that" or "I was always dreaming of that".

Which is the correct sentence for this situation?

And what if the the unkown man say that "This car is yours now. Its free!" will be the previous answer the same?

And have the "dream of that" and "dream about" the same meaning?

"I've always dreamed of that" would fit your scenario. " At the time you are actually presented with the car, it would be more natural to use "this" rather than "that". "dream of" tends to be more figurative than "dream about".
