Dreamed of there being beautiful

I know the following sentence is perfectly fine-

I've never dreamed of that place being so beautifu.

But what if I use "there" in stead of "that place", since the word "there" can function as a pronoun-

I never dreamed of there being very beautiful.

I think it is still grammatical, though very few people would use it that way. What do you think?

No. That won't work. We say It's very beautiful there , not There is very beautiful .

No. That won't work.

We say It's very beautiful there, not There is very beautiful.

So the corresponding non-finite clause will be it being so beautiful there, not there being so beautiful.
