Drawn my attention

Hi, I'd like to ask something. Do you think this sentence is right?
I like it so much, it has drawn my attention.
Can I use the words drawn my attention or should it replaced with another word?

Top answer

Dauphin Bleu Do you think this sentence is right? I like it so much, it has drawn my attention. It is a reasonable sentence, but the phrase seems rather lackluster for liking something very much.

Do you have some other suggestion?

It is difficult to imagine how the liking came before the attention; in fact, I would expect both to be the same event.

I like it very much.

That seems to me to be quite adequate; the rest is superfluous.

Well.. Actually, I was about to say that something was very attractive and it got my attention. The way it attracted me last forever in my mind. So, I'm looking for a way to emphasize it in my sentence. Saying I like it very much wouldn't really explain how it has my eyes on it back then. If you have any suggestion it would be great.
