Drawing boundaries

Hi

There is a test consisting of questions to which one is supposed to give answers. The sentence at the beginning of the test is: Let's see how organized you are (although I don't know what it has to do with the following question). I want to ask about the question: Do I have a sense of drawing boundaries?

--- To me it sounds like: Do I have a feeling that everywhere exist some boundaries for me? (although it has nothing to do with organization methinks Emotion: smile

Is the "I" of the question the "you" of the introductory sentence? In the absence of any further context, I understand "drawing boundaries" to mean that one sets out limits separating acceptable behaviour/beliefs/etc. from unacceptable ones.

  • So, someone who "draws boundaries" might be less open-minded and more rigid in their behaviour.
  • I suppose this could correlate with levels of personal organisation.

Hi

The question "Let's see how organized you are" is asked by an author of this exercise/test and is directed to the one doing this exercise.

The author says: Ask yourself and then different questions follow.

I'm not sure I completely understood your reply. Does it mean something like: Am I the one who creates boundaries for myself? Or do I complete

Sorry, I may have misunderstood exactly what it was you didn't understand. Yes, it means "Do I have a sense (feeling) that I draw boundaries?"
