Drank or Drunk?

If I were saying:

'With all the alcohol I'd drunk the night before, I had the shakes.' Would that be correct or can 'drank' be used?

Also, while we're on the subject of alcohol:

'When I woke up the next morning, I was accompanied with a horrendous hangover.'

Does this make sense, or should it be 'accompanied by'?
