Dragged off and being dragged off

Hi there,

There is a multiple question that confuses me a lot.

Have you read the news about a 69-year-old passenger ________an airplane of the United Airlines in the United States because he refused to give up his seat to airline personnel when so ______

A being dragged off, demanded
B dragged off, demanded
C being dragged off, being demanded
D dragged off, being demanded.

Could anyone tell me which one is the correct answer and explain why?

Many thanks!

matthew1622 Could anyone tell me which one is the correct answer A or B (though the test writer probably thought B). It is a poorly conceived question.
