1. The first sentence sounds unnecessarily stiff and formal. Change to: Attached is the.....

2. The phrase "draft quotation" sounds strange. If the document has to do with stating an estimated cost, I think "draft of the quotation for XYZ" or even "my draft of the quotation for XYZ" is preferable.
