This is to formalize my complaint regarding my shipment to Trinidad and Tobago with tracking number RQ070659090SG. As we discuss via phone last 31 August 2012, I will demand full replacement of my item if the shipment still not reach the addressee before he leaves to the given address or not return to me on or before the end of the month of September. The item was a cell phone, Myphone t23 duos complete set with micro SD 4gig.
I'm still hoping that the item will reach its destination soon. So far, the recipient is still in the given address and waiting for the item to arrive. I will inform your office if the item arrived or not to the given address.
