Draft an Introduction Letter for a Retail Company

Hi Everyone,

Well, this is my first post here.

My boss has asked me to draft a introduction letter which will be sent out to all major electronic brands for supplies. Now basically we deal or rather say we are retailers of all kind of electronic gadgets. We have our shopping website with 15 payment options also we have planned to launch 2 exclusive outlets in the city by next month and 8 outlets throughout the country later next year.

This letter would be used to help us become authorized retailers of their products. We are already authorized retailers for few of the brands but we want to expand more. This is a new startup so sales turnover and customer base is not possible to provide in the letter. But this letter should also mention or lets say demand their product cost price list and few of their web banners so that it can be put on our shopping website homepage.

Please someone who is senior here, help me out!
