Hope you had a good weekend. We know that currently you are very busy with work and reshuffle but I would like to check with you when are you free to have a quick catch with us? Because we want to discuss a lil bit of our KPI and

manpower shortage for the month of March. As you know that one of my team member, Jesy, is leaving soon next month. In that case with rest of the team member, we need to arrange Jesy’s daily task in advance in order to avoid any backlog on March onwards. Because now itself all three of us schedule is really super duper tight. Therefore we seek your advice how to sort this out in advance before Jesy leaves this company. Let us know your availability so that we can arrange the catch up session. Look forward to your reply.
