Down / to / across

I prefer to ride my bike down / to / across the hill.

Which preposition is correct, please?

I think all are correct with different meanings.

Thanks.

"to the hill" is possible, but perhaps feels a little unusual since a hill is not very commonly thought of as a destination. "across the hill" is also possible, but more often we would say "over the hill". "down the hill" is fine.
