I know this isn't standard English but I'd still like to learn how to say it properly:

"I'm down to do anything." And

"I'm down for anything."

Can they both be used?

What sort of context did you have in mind? I'm imagining a list of people assigned to various tasks, where you are not assigned to do anything specific but can fill in wherever required. In that sense, both sentences sound OK to me.
