You have colorful Play-doh balls out of containers. Is the following sentence correct for this scene?

Collect all the doh and put them in their own containers?

How about the possesive pronoun infront of the containers? Is it its or theirs? Each has to go to its proper container.

The problem is that Play-doh is not countable (so it cannot be plural), but container is. That's why I avoided the problem in my original answer.
