Doubts regarding some sentences

thanks a lot for the help you did yesterday. here are some more sentences which seem to be wrong to my senior in one way or other. pls help me to sort it out.

*I found it difficult even to have food peacefully.
*had to stay back to take rest.
*I feel like nothing else but taking rest.

If you give more context, it would help a lot.

I found it difficult even to eat peacefully.
I had to stay back and rest.
I feel like doing nothing but resting.

I even found it difficult even to have food eat peacefully. ("even" sounds better before "found").

* I had to stay back to (take rest)(take a rest)(have a rest). *

I feel like doing nothing else but (resting)(taking a rest)(having a rest) .
