Doubts pertaining to sentence structure

Are these sentences correct:-

1) I have somework in Avenue road,so i am in the bus now heading there.
2) I am in the bus for 20 mins & because of heavy traffic the bus hasnt even crossed St.peters church yet.
3) What reason did u give for wanting to come here

I would prefer this: I have some work in Avenue Road and I am heading there in a bus. I have been in the bus for 20 mintues now; due to the heavy traffic the bus hasn't even crossed St. Peter's Church yet.

I would prefer this:
I have some work in Avenue Road and I am heading there in a bus.
