Doubts about in and on

Hi I'm student from Lanka i have some doubts can anyone clear up

Can someone tell me where we exactly use "ON" prepositon i have a little confusion in that
and also what is the difference between "ON" and "IN" preposition if someone can explain with example i could be tell indeed thanks to them
