Here are 2 titles of an article:

1. Talks between Premier A and Premier B.

2. The talks between Premier A and Premier B.

If I want to keep the in (2), the difference in mening btw (1) and (2) is:

1. some talks btw them

2. all talks btw them

Am I right? If not, please tell me the difference.
