Doubt with a listening
Hi!
I'm doing an listening exercise ad I don't understand a little part and I can't answer one of the questions.

And the question that I don't know how to answer is:
How many people work in the First Aid department?
The answer is on the last part of the audio, but I don't understand a key word.
