Doubt someone?

Hi! everyone.Could you help me with this?I want to know ,whether I can say this or not?
"I doubt him to have done this"
I went through some result pages of google but I could only find the constructions as-:I doubt he will, I doubt he is,I doubt that he cares.
I could not find something like if somebody is not sure that someone has done something wrong but he blames him for doing something.
Is "I doubt him to have done this" correct? What could be the synonyms of "To doubt someone for doing something"?
Thanks!

No. The combination "doubt (someone) to" is very rare and almost entirely restricted to "doubt (someone) to be + adjective".

I doubt him to be honest.

It's so rare that I recommend that all structures with 'doubt' be phrased thus:

I dou
