Dear all,
I would like to know which of the following sentencs is correct.
1. I am forwarding herewith the answer of the question no.L67
2 I am forwarding herewith the answer for the question no.L67
" Answer of " or " Answer for " which is actually correct
Thanks in advance
It should be "answer to". I suggest this: I enclose the answer to question L67. I assume that "forwarding herewith" means "enclose".

I assume that "forwarding herewith" means "enclose". "herewith" is not actually wrong, but it is old-fashioned-sounding officialese or legalese.
