"Doubt" as a noun, and patterns/structures it's used in

1. ... If/whether ...

1.1) There's a nagging doubt in her mind [if/whether what is doing is right].

1.2) She has doubts [if/whether she is doing the right thing].

1.3) She is in a doubt [if/whether she is doing the right thing].


2. ... that ...

2.1) There's no doubt [that scientists will discover a vaccine for Coronavirus one day]

2.2) People don't have the slightest doubt [that scientists will discover a vaccine for Coronavirus one day]

2.3) A few people are still in doubt [that they will ever get over economic loss caused by the Coronavirus]


3. "... as to ... "

Are the sentences with "if/whether" and "that" correct and/or natual? Is "as to" possible in place of "if/whether" and "that" in the examples above, please?
