Doubt about the word "can" after comma.

How should this phrase be written after the commas? Can I simply write "can" after the comma without needing to repeat "when you..."


When you have been regular in your practice for about two months, can do XXX asana without too much trouble, and are comfortable doing headstands, you can go to the next phase.
