Doubt about the use of a property related word/s.

What should be the word/s used when talking about a period of booming as regards estate properties?

Estate booming?

I found out in a word reference forum thread that should be used "real estate boom". But I need the British form for it.

Thank you!

Thanks for the answer. Then, is that the British English best preferred form?

I have also heard it called the "Housing Boom" but there are more hits on Goolge for "Property boom" so I would use that one.
