Doubt about email

I'm a student and I have to write an email to a college clearing my doubts about and asking some questions related to my Training and internship.

I'm having a problem how should I introduce myself in a formal way and how to put my doubt and questions in a formal way in the email.

the problem asks mentor that I can do Training about digital Marketing insist internship (not do the internship)

the person I'm writing to my mentor.
